Raquel López has been working in the cruise industry since 1998, building her entire career within the port operations sector. Over nearly three decades, she has held a variety of operational and management roles with leading cruise port service providers, developing extensive expertise in cruise operations, destination management and stakeholder relations.

In 2018, Raquel joined Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, where she currently serves as Port Operations Director for Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all operational activities across the region, ensuring service excellence, supporting business growth and driving strategic development. She works closely with cruise lines, port authorities, tourism bodies and local stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance the delivery of services throughout some of the world's most important cruise destinations.
With a strong operational background and a deep knowledge of the Iberian market, Raquel is passionate about fostering collaboration between the cruise industry, ports and destinations to support sustainable growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
